AWW!!

Kyle called me last night. It was so short. Cried through the 10 minute conversation. Just hearing his voice brought tears of joy and saddness. He's is doing good. He was a squad leader that night so he had a meeting during phone privilages so that's why we only talked for a couple of minutes. Just my luck. He said everyone stinks because they've been out in the field for the past 12 days and they haven't showered in like 8 days or more. haha poor Cadets!

Baby Lexi 4 months old and so much more!

Our little baby Lexi is 4 months old exactly today! What an angel sent from heaven! She is just the best baby! So sweet and happy! She will even take a bottle now! She used to hate bottles and scream if you touched one to her mouth as if to say, "how dare you, you insult me by even trying!" After days of trying and tricking her into a bottle she will now take one! She doesn't love the bottle but she'll at least tolerate it. Up to now I had no need to give her a bottle but tomorrow I get my wisdom teeth out and I'll be pretty drugged up so I won't be nursing her for the next couple of days. Thank goodness for the internet and all the ideas on how to get her to take a bottle!

I got Casey and Lexi matching mini and mickey pajamas! They look so cute together as brother and sister! Casey loves kissing baby Lexi and he even lets her cuddle with him while he watches mickey mouse clubhouse which he loves!Casey Doing the Hula Dance!!

Cousins

My sister Annie and her family came down for the fourth of July weekend! Casey loved playing with cousin Gracie and Lexi loved playing with Crew who is exactly a month apart!

We had a great 4th of July but we did MISS KYLE a lot! We spent it with Family and my sister Annie was in town with her kids so Casey had a friend for a couple of days while they stayed here!

The other day Alexis, Susie and I went out and had a girls shopping and lunch time. It was a lot of fun and Uncle Mark watched Casey for me so we could go out. This is what they did...played soldiers! They just love playing with each other! (these are the pictures Mark took while we were gone).
